5A Unit4 Cartoon time & Checkout time
二、教学目标:
1、能够谈论有关爱好的话题。
2、能够理解并表演动画。
3、能够写关于爱好的句子。
4、借助绘本,激发学生热爱阅读,保持英语学习的兴趣。
三、教学重难点:
1、能够谈论有关爱好的话题。
2、能够理解并表演动画。
四、教学准备:
学生绘本、文本句子贴条,板书字条,卡通人物头饰,多媒体课件等。
五、教学过程:
Step1 Free talk
1、Sing a song.
2、Let’s go on learning <Unit4 Hobbies>.
Step2Presentation-our hobbies
1、Know about T’s hobbies.
2、Know about students’ hobbies.
3、Work in pairs.
e.g. T: What do you like doing?
S: I like…
Step3 Checkout time-our friends’ hobbies
1、Play a guessing game.
T: Look, who are they?
S: They are … …
T: What do they like doing? Let’s look and guess.
1)Work in pairs
2)Use sentences to guess:What does ...like doing?
…likes …, I think.
3) Listen and check
4) Ss ask and answer again.
2、Listen and judge
T: Well done, boys and girls. You can guess their hobbies. Now look at those children. What do they like doing? This time, let’s listen and judge!
1) Show Ss the learning tip.
2) Listen and judge.
3) Check one by one:
a. Ss answer “Yes” or “No”.
b. Correct the sentences.
c. Read the right sentences.
Step4 Cartoon time
1、Enjoy a little book:
T: Well, boys and girls. You know Lily likes reading books. She is reading a story book now. It is about Sam and Billy. Do you want to read it with Lily?
S: Yes, we do.
T: Look,there is a little book on your desk. You can open it and enjoy it with your partners. Try to find fun in the book. After that, would you please answer this question:What do Sam and Billy like doing?
S: They like skating.
2、Stick sentences:
T: Here are four sentences of this book. This time, can you put them into the correct pictures? Please work in pairs!
1) Ss work in pairs and try to stick them.
2) T checks Ss’ predictions.
3、Watch and check. (学生自行检查)
4、Check again. (老师公布正确答案,全班一起校对答案)
5、Learn the story in details.
1) Look and say:
a. Show some pictures of Billy:
Learn: Happy—like skating; be good at—skate well;
go skating with…; not happy—cold and wet;
Learn: What happened? (guess, listen and check)

b. Sam sees the hole: What does he say?
c. Try to say: Look out!

3) Read and act in roles.

4) Summary of this story: What can you learn from this story? (three choices)
5) Give a title to this book.
Step5Write and draw a picture book-our family’s hobbies
T: I have a happy(幸福的) family. There are six people(人) in my family. I have a daughter (女儿)and a son(儿子).My daughter is 10 years old. She is a student in Furong Primary School(芙蓉小学). She has a lot of hobbies .She likes singing. She is good at it. She also likes playing the piano.My son is only two years old. He likes playing with his toys. He can sing ,but he can’t sing well.I love my family!
